Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outbound Telesales Executive based in Limerick. The primary responsibilities include lead generation, outbound calls to potential clients, managing customer relationships, promoting services, and meeting sales targets. The role involves identifying potential prospects, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating solutions while providing excellent customer service and support.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales expertise
  • Experience in Customer Support and building client relationships
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work in a goal-oriented environment
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience working in IT services or sales roles is a plus
