Hybrid Technology Partners are seeking a highly competent Business Development Executive to assist with our ongoing expansion. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for IT technical sales and technology.
Hybrid Technology Partners is a leading provider of IT support, consultancy, ERP software, and software development services, headquartered in Limerick and serving the Southwest and Dublin regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Client and Partner Relations:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and new customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Pipeline Development:
- Build and manage customer pipelines, from profiling potential customers to building relationships, progressing opportunities, and closing sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends to effectively network and develop new business opportunities.
Sales & Marketing:
- Prepare and contribute to tender documents and quotations.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing plans that drive business growth.
- Attend market and company events to prospect for business within your territory.
Product Advocacy:
- Learn and promote our full suite of products and services, including IT support, ERP software, and software development.
- Partner with Business Development Representatives to set meetings with target prospective clients and discuss strategies for business development.
Requirements:
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong interest and proficiency in technology, with proven experience in the technology sector.
- Experience using CRM platforms, with knowledge of Autotask preferred.
- Sales understanding of IT solutions, including antivirus, EDR, Microsoft 365, firewalls, and cybersecurity.
- Vertical market knowledge.
Education & Experience:
- Business degree or equivalent experience.
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the technology sector.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong English language proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Experience in digital marketing is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing flexibility in working commitments.
- Proactive attitude with a positive outlook and punctuality.
- Minimum of 1 year experience B2B sourcing new business.
- Outgoing personality.
- Account management experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Irish residency or a valid Irish work permit.
- Full clean driver’s license.

Full time: 37.5 hours per week. 9:00 – 5:30 Monday to Friday
Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 basic per year and commission with uncapped OTE
