Introduction

Advanced Technology Products is an Irish distributor of cleanroom and ionising equipment, supplying industries across the country from its base in Limerick. The company has operated for over 20 years.

Hybrid was brought in to take over management and control of the company’s existing blade servers and rebuild its virtual machines using Hyper V. The infrastructure included several virtual servers running the soon to be unsupported Windows Server 2003, along with a separate server running Exchange 2003. Advanced Technology Products needed a disaster recovery solution combining onsite replication with offsite snapshot storage, along with a move to Microsoft Exchange 2010 for a more secure and reliable email platform.
